NEXT EVENT

My next art activity will be “St Margaret Mary's Holiday Boutique”.
The address: 7813 Shelbyville Road, Louisville, KY 40222, directly across the street from Oxmoor Mall. The Holiday Boutique is held in two adjoining gyms, and there will be a total of 70 booth spaces. All items for sale must be handcrafted.
I will be there, selling my acrylic paintings.

"Nibaldo Calvo Buides is from Cuba and has lived in the United States for over four years. As a child, Nibaldo dreamt of making a better life for his family. He studied chess and worked as a journalist in Cuba with a salary of $30 per month and worked very hard to make his way here to make a better way. Once Nibaldo arrived in America he studied English day and night, he was determined and dedicated to making a good life here. Now he teaches Spanish and chess all around the Louisville area and of course enjoys painting in his spare time. He has a favorite saying “Anything is possible in America!!!” He shows this in the way he lives his life. He approaches everything with an open heart, an open mind and a positive attitude.
